I don’t have preference for a particular genre when I sit down to watch a movie. But it irritates me when the creators think that they could “touch the heart and souls” of people by showing some explicit scenes that we all know are there but wouldn’t make for a intellectually stimulating conversation. I’m not saying you shouldn’t talk about it, rather, showing them through a camera seems like an exercise in absurdism. As it turns out most of these movies have like dozens of “awards” given at various film festivals.

Be it raping an innocent woman senseless in a dark corridor or a scene of a Stupa seeing through the window of a whore house (the list goes on BTW), it’s IMO shows how mentally crippled some of the film creators are. I don’t get these profound upstream swimmers who’s breaking every cultural barriers as some of the critics try to portray them. Depressingly these stuff comes without the porno label. Bummer.

As far as I’m concerned I just watch these for the lulz.
