		<description>Thanks for the knowledge on proxies. I&#039;ve been researching proxies for some time now and can&#039;t work out which proxy is best for me to use. I included a link in my reference which provides an IP tackle to be entered in to browse websites. I cannot figure out if that is what I must unblock websites.</description>
